We proudly serve our healthy meals throughout Hillsborough County to older and disabled adults. We provide services regardless of immigration or refugee status, ethnicity/race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
In addition to our home delivery service, we operate many dining centers throughout Hillsborough County. We invite all older adults to come and enjoy fresh, healthy lunches, while socializing with others.

8,000 meals provided every week
We serve nutritious meals to thousands of older adults every day, with a variety of options. Our meals meet one third of the daily nutrition requirements for older adults and consist of 3 oz. of cooked protein, 2-3 servings of fruit and/or vegetables, 2-3 servings of grains, an occasional baked dessert, and a calcium and vitamin enriched beverage mix.

In 2023, our caring volunteers dedicated several hours every week to bringing food and social connection to older adults in our community. They also volunteered in multiple other ways. Together we’ve done a lot. But there’s always more we can do.
